Martha Stice Recipient of Effingham County Top 40 Under 40 Award
Martha Siemer Stice, Director of Siemer Milling Company, was recently awarded one of the Top Under 40 designations by the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce and the Effingham Daily News.
The award is selected based on the individual’s business, community, and charitable leadership in Effingham County, and recognizes those leaders who are passionate about making Effingham County an even better place to live, work and play.
The 14th Annual Top Community Leaders Under 40 banquet and dinner was held on Thursday, September 30 to recognize and honor the recipients.
