Siemer Milling Company is a family-and employee-owned company. We are engaged in the creation of grain-based foods that are wholesome, nutritious, and satisfy consumer needs.
Siemer Milling Company's primary product is wheat flour milled to different specifications for the making of such foods as cookies, crackers, cakes, pretzels, batters and breadings, bread and biscuits. We are a flour supplier with close, long-term relationships with some of the largest and most trusted names in consumer packaged foods and food service.
We began in Teutopolis, Illinois, and have since built flour mills in Hopkinsville, Kentucky & West Harrison, Indiana. Our organization has realized success to date because of the commitment of many fine people and their sincere desire to do a good job and deliver a worthwhile product. As we grow, we will always emphasize attentiveness to the legitimate needs of our employees, our customers, and the communities of which we are a part of.
Today, our grain milling operations: employ over 130 people; purchase 18 million bushels of locally-grown wheat annually, with a current market value in excess of $100 million; and produce 550,000 tons of processed wheat products – flour, bran, and wheat germ – in a year.
