Winter Wheat Harvest in June?  Early June is unseasonably early to begin harvesting winter wheat crops, but with this year’s extreme weather shifts along with high heat, triggered an early start for most farmers south of I-70.  In today’s issue of FarmWeek by the Illinois Farm Bureau we dig deeper into this topic.
